Pharmacist for Community Health Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medication dispensing and counselling

• Review client profiles for allergies and interactions

• Document medication use and client assessments

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC

• Proven community pharmacy experience

• Knowledge of drug interaction processes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
