Your primary focus will be on creating tailored Life Skills programs that cater to the unique interests and abilities of residents. By organizing small groups and maintaining engagement through familiar routines, you will help residents achieve dignity and fulfillment every day. Working closely with your team, you'll adapt activities to cater to varying cognitive levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized Life Skills experiences for seniors
• Facilitate and organize small enrichment groups
• Review resident profiles to customize activities
• Document participation in structured programming
• Support and motivate team members in resident engagement
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience with seniors facing memory challenges
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in leading group activities is a plus
• Age requirement of 18 years or older
Drive meaningful change and create enriching moments for those living with memory loss.
