Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a Registered Clinical Social Worker to join our mental health team. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and design treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have at least five years of relevant clinical experience in mental health and substance use services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex assessments to determine client diagnoses

• Deliver therapeutic services through evidence-based practices

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on client care

• Educate various stakeholders about mental health matters

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• Minimum of five years' clinical experience in mental health

• Current RCSW registration with the College of Social Workers

• Familiarity with DSM for assessment purposes

• Valid B.C. Driver’s License may be needed for travel
