In your role as Supervisor, you will oversee the OnePoint Patient Care Team, facilitating high-quality service for patients and professionals alike. Your focus will be on hiring, coaching team members, and optimizing daily operations to improve productivity while adhering to healthcare guidelines and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team hiring, training, and development processes

• Oversee daily operations and enhance program performance

• Adhere to protocols and ensure service compliance

• Liaise with stakeholders for accurate communication

• Address escalations and consult on care continuity

Requirements:

• Post-graduate diploma in healthcare or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and PSPs

• Knowledge of reimbursement and specialty pharmacy processes

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Capability to manage conflicts and analyze problems
