Mental Health Housing Clinician

This role requires a Master's degree in Health Sciences and at least two years of relevant experience. You'll assess clients with mental illness to determine housing needs while ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with community resources. This role emphasizes a strong understanding of recovery principles and mental health housing models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health housing assessments for clients
• Collaborate with community care providers for continuity
• Educate housing agencies on mental health issues
• Maintain comprehensive client records and reports
• Participate in program planning and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a health sciences field
• Two years' experience with mental illness clients
• Knowledge of mental health housing models
• Valid BC Driver's License may be required
• Ability to perform crisis intervention and case coordination
