Community Focused Parent Support Worker

As a Parent Support Worker, you will engage in delivering the Maternal Child Health Program's initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home support using a strength-focused approach

• Educate families on health promotion topics

• Assist with program delivery alongside Community Health Nurse

• Act as an advocate and resource for families

• Organize community health workshops and education

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Certificate or relevant experience

• Training in Growing Great Kids is preferred

• Certification in First Aid & CPR required

• Personal parent/caregiver experience is beneficial

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is necessary
