Senior Account Manager - Healthcare Focus

Make a difference in healthcare as a Senior Account Manager with Contemporary Office Interiors (COI). This full-time role is dedicated to expanding and managing critical client relationships within the healthcare sector.

You will report directly to the Director - Healthcare and be responsible for both nurturing existing accounts and hunting for new business. Collaborate with key decision-makers to develop customized solutions that improve healthcare spaces, ensuring satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

• Serve as a single point-of-contact for healthcare clients

• Provide quick and effective responses to requests

• Maintain an understanding of healthcare client goals

• Oversee healthcare project implementations and client orders

Requirements:

• Extensive sales experience within healthcare contexts

• Demonstrated ability in relationship and project management

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Ability to balance multiple complex projects

• Knowledge of healthcare procurement practices
