Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations of client capabilities in community settings
• Collaborate with different healthcare professionals for optimal care
• Design personalized therapy plans incorporating client feedback
• Keep accurate documentation of client progress
• Use evidence-based practices to solve client-related issues
Requirements:
• Provincial College of Occupational Therapists registration in good standing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in First Aid and CPR within the last year
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
• Current clearance for Vulnerable Sector Screening
