Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Unregulated Care Provider to enhance the lives of seniors. You will work under the Health and Wellness Manager and collaborate closely with your inter-professional team. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, documenting services, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for resident care

• Adhere to prescribed plans of care from supervisors

• Provide direct care and complete required documentation

• Assist residents with mobility and meal preparation

• Report changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience with seniors in community health settings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Screening
