In this contract role at the Cresswell Laboratory, you'll work to modify exercise interventions, ensuring a personalized approach for clients with chronic conditions. With a commitment to quality data collection and patient confidentiality, you will provide one-on-one and small group kinesiology services that help improve participants' well-being and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess functional capabilities and fall risks for participants

• Develop individualized exercise plans based on client needs

• Teach proper movement techniques and exercise mechanics

• Document services and manage client billing

• Coordinate with the healthcare team on participant progress

Requirements:

• Degree in kinesiology or related field

• Experience with neurological and degenerative conditions

• Strong organizational skills for data management

• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction

• Familiarity with Jane software for billing

Your role will be pivotal in integrating clinical care with lifestyle changes to benefit program participants.
