Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee policies related to patient access and flow

• Monitor and improve Complex Discharge processes

• Create seamless transition processes for patients

• Assess and manage staffing and resource allocation

• Collaborate with external agencies for patient support

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health Administration

• Seven years of management experience in healthcare

• Eligible for relevant registration

• Strong leadership and conceptual skills

• Proficient in effective communication and resource management
