As a Health Care Aid at Com For Care , your role focuses on helping clients maintain their independence  will be responsible for personal care, meal preparation, and providing mobility assistance as well as emotional support. The environment is nurturing for both clients and caregivers, with a strong emphasis on training and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines

• Aid in mobility through transfers and exercises

• Plan and prepare meals for clients’ dietary needs

• Conduct light housekeeping to ensure safety

• Provide engaging companionship and activities

Requirements:

• Health Care Aid certification or similar qualification

• Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.

• Reliable transport for travel in Vancouver area

• Preferred:
Valid First Aid/CPR certification

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
