This role requires a professional with a solid foundation in mental health therapy, specifically three years of related clinical experience. As an Occupational Therapist, you will implement therapy services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and develop essential educational materials. You'll be an integral part of improving patient care and clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement occupational therapy treatment plans

• Work with the interdisciplinary team for quality care delivery

• Evaluate service effectiveness through ongoing assessment

• Develop targeted educational programs for clients

• Facilitate quality improvement and research initiatives

Requirements:

• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Eligible for the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists membership

• At least three years of clinical experience in related fields

• Leadership experience in coaching or group facilitation

• Familiarity with VCH standards of care and policies
