Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individualized therapeutic exercise programs
• Support development of care plans with the team
• Document and report residents' condition changes
• Help maintain rehabilitation equipment and safety
• Assist in coordinating admissions and discharges
Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation or related field
• Two years of experience in a therapeutic role
• Passion for elderly care in a long-term setting
• Effective teamwork and independent working skills
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in care delivery
