This position, under the guidance of the Physiotherapy Site Leader, supports patients through tailored exercise programs and mentorship opportunities. Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. Key skills include effective communication and the ability to foster strong team dynamics for optimal patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop exercise prescriptions based on clinical assessments

• Provide ongoing education on health and lifestyle management

• Supervise patients during exercise sessions

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care planning

• Document patient progress and ensure safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or Kinesiology

• Two years of clinical experience in cardiac rehab

• ACSM or CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in ECG interpretation
