Position: Vancouver Community Liaison Worker Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document client progress and needs

• Organize, facilitate, and co-lead group sessions

• Liaise with healthcare professionals and community services

• Assist clients with budgeting, shopping, and appointments

• Advocate for clients amid complex health care environments

Requirements:

• Certificate in Health Care Work and two years experience

• Valid B.C. Driver's license and vehicle for business use

• Experience with culturally safe practices

• Knowledge of substance misuse and community resources

• Strong communication and organizational skills
