In this role, you will manage and support teams providing low-barrier healthcare and crisis response. Your focus will include ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and promoting collaboration among healthcare providers within various outreach initiatives. You will also lead quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing community health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight of medical practices across outreach teams
• Ensure seamless integration of healthcare services provided
• Manage operational aspects and physician services effectively
• Lead equity-oriented quality improvement projects
• Coordinate medical education and interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare leadership and coordination
• Knowledge of service integration within social medicine
• Strong commitment to equitable healthcare delivery
• Proven ability in scheduling and workforce management
• Familiarity with Indigenous healthcare practices
