As a key member of the Ambulatory Care team, you will work closely with medical staff, performing technical functions that include demonstrating diagnostic procedures.
Your role is essential for generating accurate reports and ensuring comprehensive patient care within an innovative healthcare environment. With the upcoming St. Paul's Hospital, your contributions will be vital for the delivery of integrated care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrodiagnostic tests: EEG, EMG, and EP
• Prepare patients for testing, ensuring comfort and accuracy
• Monitor testing processes and document outcomes detailed
• Provide insights and reports to neurologists
• Train Electroneurophysiology students during practicums
Requirements:
• Electroneurophysiology Technology program completed
• Two years recent relevant experience or equivalent training
• Certification from CBRET or other recognized bodies within 3 years
• Effective communication and rapport-building skills
• Physical capability for hospital tasks
