Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor

Become a Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor at Langara College in Vancouver, BC. This role requires leadership in student clinical instruction and contribution to the massage therapy curriculum.

You will manage and evaluate massage therapy treatments by student interns while maintaining high standards of professionalism. In this temporary role, you will guide students through their internships, facilitate learning, and monitor student progress to ensure they meet the expectations of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily student intern clinical sessions

• Conduct evaluations and provide instructional feedback

• Collaborate to create and manage student evaluation schedules

• Document student clinical credits and maintain records

• Report safety incidents for compliance with clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Registered Massage Therapist with a minimum of two years clinical experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related health discipline

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification

• Strong commitment to student learning and development

• Ability to work flexible hours with various shift arrangements
