Part-Time Outreach Mental Health Worker

This casual role involves working directly under the supervision of the Department Manager, focusing on client engagement and daily skill development. You'll support clients in accessing community programs while enhancing their self-care and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients through life skills development
• Support psychosocial rehabilitation in the community
• Teach self-care and independence strategies
• Observe and report on clients’ health and progress
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service or equivalent
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and Food Safe certifications
• Criminal Record, TB, and Immunization clearances
• Knowledge of housing and community resources
