This leadership position involves working closely with the Director of Quality, Safety, and Improvement to drive quality initiatives within VCH. You will leverage your skills in quality improvement to engage with teams, identify needs, and implement strategies that resonate with the organization's commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the development of quality improvement strategies
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness
• Research healthcare trends to inform quality practices
• Manage project execution while addressing resource needs
• Mentor team members on quality improvement methods
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Health Services Administration or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management
• Knowledge of contemporary quality improvement tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong experience in coaching and mentoring
