This vital role at Kal'númet Primary Care Clinic focuses on daily operations within the Medical Office Administration team. Provide mentorship, support onboarding, and coordinate workflows to enhance administrative efficiency. You will serve as a liaison, ensuring continuity of care for Squamish Nation Members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Medical Office Administration team

• Act as the first point of contact for scheduling and operational challenges

• Coordinate clinic workflows and identify efficiency improvements

• Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance with privacy laws

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance

Requirements:

• MOA certificate or diploma, or equivalent education

• 4+ years related experience in a medical office setting

• 1+ year in a senior or coordination role

• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office 365

• Commitment to Indigenous cultural safety and trauma-informed practices
