Com Psych, the leader in organizational mental health, is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. As providers, you'll deliver solution-focused counseling on workplace stress, anxiety, and life challenges while ensuring high ethical and clinical standards. This role primarily encompasses in-person counseling, enabling you to connect deeply with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients through non-acute behavioral health needs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Ensure continuity of care with Com Psych processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in behavioral health

• Minimum 3 years clinical experience

• Professional accreditation or registration

• Active liability insurance coverage

• Recent resume or CV required
