Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, you will guide students through clinical protocols while evaluating their performance and providing essential feedback based on CMTBC guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate student massage therapy applications
• Create and manage student evaluation timelines
• Conduct formative assessments to monitor student progress
• Keep detailed records of student attendance and performance
• Address and document any safety issues involving students
Requirements:
• Registered Massage Therapist with at least two years of experience
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR required
• Proven teamwork and administrative capabilities
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
