Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist Island

This role offers part-time to full-time opportunities, ideal for both seasoned clinicians and motivated new grads. You'll support young clients (ages 0–18) with early intervention and school development. With a focus on community-based rehabilitation, you’ll have maximum autonomy to manage your own schedule without minimum billable hour requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients 0–18 years

• Design goal-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic plans

• Facilitate advocacy and navigation among clients, schools, and families

• Provide support through report writing and mentorship as needed

• Meet clients in various settings including their homes and our clinic

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active registration with CHCPBC, new grads welcome

• Experience with pediatric therapy methods

• Strong report-writing and interpersonal skills

• Valid BC driver's license and travel willingness
