Position: Engaging Rehabilitation Assistant Opportunity
Make an impact as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Providence Living, where you will work at Central City Lodge delivering care to seniors. This full-time temporary role focuses on rehabilitation and enhancing life quality for residents.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will support daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises while fostering an environment of compassion and respect. Reporting to the Director of Care, you’ll assist therapists in implementing treatment plans and monitor residents’ progress throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform care tasks as directed by clinical therapists

• Observe and document residents’ cognitive and functional changes

• Contribute to the formulation of rehabilitation strategies

• Train residents in daily living skills and mobility

• Conduct group exercise classes under therapist guidance

Requirements:

• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or related background

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication

• Physical capacity for job responsibilities

• Strong organizational abilities

• Experience with rehabilitation equipment
