** Position Summary
** The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Aesthetics serves as a field-based scientific expert and a critical link between Galderma and the aesthetic healthcare community.

This role ensures that all external scientific exchange, education, and clinical insights related to injectable aesthetic products—including hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators (e.g., Sculptra), and neuromodulators (e.g., Dysport)—are grounded in robust evidence and delivered with scientific and ethical integrity.

The MSL is essential to advancing Galderma’s vision of regenerative aesthetics, empowering healthcare professionals through science-based dialogue, and ensuring that clinical and scientific excellence underpin every interaction.
** Essential Functions**
* ** Scientific Expertise and External Engagement**  + Acts as the
** primary scientific contact
** for aesthetic injectors (physicians, nurses, and other licensed HCPs) within the assigned territory.  + Provides
** evidence-based, balanced scientific exchange
** on product mechanisms, clinical data, safety, and best practices.  + Builds and nurtures
** peer-to-peer relationships
** with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical trainers, and emerging thought leaders, reinforcing Galderma’s reputation as a

** on clinical trends, patient outcomes, educational needs, and competitive developments.  + Synthesizes insights into actionable intelligence that informs Medical Affairs strategy, content development, and global alignment.  + Identifies
