Vancouver Casual Care Manager

Position: Vancouver Casual Care Manager Role
Support seniors in their daily lives as a Casual Care Manager at Sunrise of Vancouver. This part-time role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care and resident engagement.

At Dignity, we pride ourselves in providing supportive care to enhance the lives of seniors. In this role, you will assist with daily activities, ensuring safety and dignity for each resident while adhering to Individualized Service Plans. You'll have the opportunity to build deep relationships through engaging conversations and activities, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain documentation of changes per Individualized Service Plans

• Foster safety, dignity, and independence among residents

• Engage residents through meaningful daily activities

• Assist with dining service and environmental cleanliness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED; minimum age of 18

• CPR/First Aid (willingness to obtain acceptable)

• Strong compassion and reliability skills

• Effective communicator with residents and families

• Team-oriented approach to caregiving
