Position: Care Worker for Developmental Disabilities
Enhance community living for individuals with developmental disabilities as a Residential Care Worker at the Developmental Disabilities Association in Richmond, BC. This part-time role is focused on meeting residents' diverse needs.

As a valued member of our team, the Residential Care Worker will support residents in various aspects of their daily lives, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in social services or education who are passionate about advocacy and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living and care activities

• Address the emotional and recreational needs of residents

• Oversee health and medical support requirements

• Encourage social interaction and community participation

• Enhance residents' quality of life through support

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma related to developmental disabilities required

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clear criminal record

• Satisfactory TB test clearance required

• Must be fully eligible to work in Canada
