Part-Time Lead Care Manager at Sunrise

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caregiver shift assignments and attendance

• Provide direct support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Coach caregivers on quality care practices and documentation

• Monitor resident changes and address issues promptly

• Facilitate onboarding and support for new team members

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED; age requirement is 18+

• Required CPR and First Aid certifications

• Solid decision-making and communication skills

• Experience preferred in assisted living or senior care
