Join a collaborative multidisciplinary team as a Mental Health and Wellness Clinician specializing in Indigenous children and youth at Vancouver Coastal Health. You'll conduct mental health assessments, provide culturally safe outreach services, and nurture meaningful relationships. Your expertise will support youth facing marginalization and enhance their access to essential mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide assertive outreach interventions for Indigenous youth
• Maintain supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in case conferences for continuity of care
• Implement Indigenous Cultural Safety policies in service delivery
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Three years of experience with Indigenous children/youth
• Eligibility for relevant professional registration
• Valid BC Driver's License for local travel
• Indigenous ancestry relevant to the role
