Health Standards Organization, along with Accreditation Canada, is looking for Patient Surveyors to ensure health care excellence. You will engage in a vital role focusing on People Centred Care, working with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have experience as patient partners and possess bilingual skills in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site surveys with a diverse team
• Assess organizational programs against established standards
• Identify opportunities for improvement in care delivery
• Share best practices to enhance patient outcomes
• Guide organizations towards innovative service design
Requirements:
• Experience as a Patient Partner in Canada outside Ontario
• Background in Acute Care, Health Systems, or Long-Term Care
• Recent experience using health/social services
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with Accreditation Canada processes
