Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to enhance community health services. In this role, you will oversee facility operations, work closely with the Program Manager, and ensure the effective utilization of resources. Key responsibilities include monitoring construction contracts, coordinating administrative support, and training staff in new protocols to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise designated staff in health programs
• Monitor construction and facility support contracts
• Assist the Program Manager in administrative tasks
• Develop and instruct staff on new protocols
• Prepare reports on financial and statistical records
Requirements:
• Grade 12 with a diploma or degree in business
• Five years of related experience, two years supervisory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office management
Excel in managing health services and contributing to community well-being at Vancouver Coastal Health.
