Position: In-Seat Runner
POSITION SUMMARY
:
As part of our hourly Hospitality team, In-Seat Runners provide premium level food and beer service to our club section guests during a busy event-time environment. They consistently provide exceptional and knowledgeable service that will impress and thrill fans and provide an iconic experience at every touch point. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes:
Providing exceptional first level service to guests in our club seat sectionsRunning food and beverages to guests in between game time actionProactively engaging with fans to create friendly and personal connectionsOther duties as requiredREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pmMust be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of timeCompletion of Serving it Right CertificateHave an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experienceStrong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiriesNon-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than March 2026Vancouver is one of the most diverse cities in the world and Canucks Sports & Entertainment strives to create a workforce that is inclusive, equitable, and represents our beautiful, unique community.
