The Bright
HR - Senior HR & Employment Relations Advisor will be responsible for providing reliable and commercially focused HR advice over the phone for Bright
HR clients who have signed up for a package that includes 24/7 HR advice. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of employment legislation and a great customer focus.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
To support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner to provide efficient, solution-based advice, predominantly through callTo receive a variety of calls from clients with HR issues or queries, which can include absence management, disciplinaries, workplace violence and harassment, terminations, etc.To provide clients with supporting information and direct them to relevant documents in the Bright Base document library to support the advice/ solutions providedTo actively own cases to resolution, building rapport and working relationships with clients on each interactionTo be actively involved with on-going training, ensuring that personal knowledge of HR and employment legislation is kept up to dateTo achieve clear and measured KPIs and to work within set SLAs in order to provide first call resolutionTo log all advice accurately onto Salesforce and other systemsTo follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicableTo undertake welcome calls with new clients to discuss our services and provide details on how the advice service operatesTo actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods and to promote and improve Bright’s online reputation.What you Bring to the Team
CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is mandatory5+ years of relevant experienceAbility to work under pressure in a fast-moving, performance-driven environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising your workload accordinglyPrevious experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centreThe ability to motivate yourself and those around youAn organised self-starter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service deliveryCompany Benefits
