This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, globally connected People Operations team where you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting employees across the Americas while partnering with international stakeholders.

As a People Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle — ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and responsive HR support, all while helping elevate the overall employee experience.

$24.00/hr - $34.00/hr

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries in the Americas region, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, benefits administration, and global mobility
• Execute HR Shared Services tasks in alignment with established SOPs and SLAs, maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Serve as a Level 2 HR support agent, responding to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system (Service Now)
• Promote self‑service solutions and knowledge articles to empower employees and streamline HR operations
• Identify recurring questions and contribute to building and refining HR FAQs and knowledge bases
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver thoughtful, end‑to‑end HR solutions that enhance the employee experience
• Support additional HR initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services (multi‑country support preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management/ticketing tools such as Service Now
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processes
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin strongly preferred, to collaborate with global and China‑based teams

• Competitive hourly pay: $24–$34/hr
