• A college Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

At IT/IQ, our approach to compensation is tailored to the unique circumstances of each candidate. Please note, the top of our compensation range is typically reserved for candidates who possess specific industry experience that directly aligns with our organization and open position. However, IT/IQ will ensure fair and competitive compensation packages to all candidates. A reasonable estimate for the current pay rate includes a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, coupled with an uncapped bonus plan.
