** The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s Workday system to support efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making. This role partners with HR and business leaders to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, manage integrations, and deliver insightful reporting across all Workday modules.

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

** Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, including HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.

Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy. Provide end-to-end configuration experience for Workday solutions, including legacy data conversion and integration understanding. Ensure compliance with internal controls, privacy laws (e.g., PIPA, GDPR), and audit requirements.

Experience with custom reports, calculated fields, and security configuration. Experience configuring or managing Time Tracking Schedules. Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, or Workday Extend for integrations and data management. Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and advanced reporting tools considered an asset. Previous experience supporting multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional HR environments.
3–5 years of experience in Workday system administration, analysis, or HRIS support. Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management. Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
