Salary: $60,000 to $75,000

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing West Coast team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established national firm and play a key role in driving recruitment across a wide range of permanent roles and industries. As the region continues to expand, you’ll have the chance to grow with the business, helping to shape the foundation of our West Coast operations—and truly make it your own. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment that is primarily remote for now but you will have the opportunity to meet with colleagues on a regular basis (up to 2 days a week).

What You’ll Do:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles.
- Build and maintain strong connections across the West Coast market.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, high-performing national company.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience
- Solid understanding of the West Coast market and key industry players
- Versatile recruiter comfortable working across different verticals
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Strong head-hunter with experience on Linked In, Indeed and an ATS
