Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit for senior-level positions in Retail and Warehouse roles

• Coordinate first-day orientations and job-specific training

• Manage employment offers and background checks

• Track and report on recruitment metrics accurately

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience

• Preferred experience in the retail sector

• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS, especially Ceridian Dayforce

• Solid understanding of HR legislation in Canada

• Excellent networking and recruiting skills
