Ideal candidates have experience building salary bands, overseeing compensation cycles, and designing RSU programs. You’ll play a critical role in shaping both pay structures and equity strategies within a rapidly expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop salary bands and leveling frameworks from scratch

• Manage annual compensation cycles and bonus programs

• Design incentive structures that influence desired behaviors

• Create guidelines for option and RSU programs

• Build models to clarify equity value for employees

Requirements:

• Proven experience in compensation design or equity management

• Familiarity with 409A valuations and grant administration

• Ability to benchmark compensation effectively

• Skills in managing pay equity and transparency

• Excellent communication for equity education
