• High School diploma or equivalent or Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to the management and disclosure of public records, including but not limited to ACA, FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation.

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications, HRMS, Adobe, and other computer programs for data retrieval, redaction, and record production.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and consensus-building skills.
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
• Highly skilled in prioritizing and completing multiple tasks of varying complexity and urgency in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work independently as a team member at all levels within the organization

Twelve months (234 days) per contract year and appropriate placement on the District Exempt Salary Schedule. The work calendar is subject to change based on any Board approved revisions that may or may not be Permanent. Reference: Alamogordo Public Schools Salary and Work Day Calendar

Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and, upon an offer of employment, complete an Employee's Statement of Health and submit to a functional capacity evaluation at the District's expense to determine ability to perform job-related functions and fitness for duty. Any offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of all background, criminal, and reference investigations.
