Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement tailored solutions in leadership, team effectiveness, and facilitation, resulting in exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve coaching and facilitation methodologies
• Oversee recruitment and quality of an external coach network
• Design and implement practitioner development strategies
• Facilitate leadership development projects for clients
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in a relevant discipline
• Over 10 years of consulting or leadership experience
• ICF-certified in Executive and Team Coaching
• Proven track record in coaching practices
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders
