Lead Kabam's payroll operations as a Payroll Manager in vibrant Vancouver. This role demands a strategic focus on compliance, process improvement, and team guidance.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of People Operations, you will oversee the payroll function for employees in both Canada and the US. Your leadership will facilitate adherence to payroll regulations and enhance system functionality. Manage complex payroll tasks while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise payroll processing and compliance activities

• Implement procedural improvements and system upgrades

• Collaborate on payroll-related projects and audits

• Mentor and guide Payroll staff for career development

• Ensure segregation of payroll duties is maintained

Requirements:

• Payroll Compliance Professional designation preferred

• At least 10 years in payroll administration

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role

• Advanced knowledge of payroll systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
