Anticipated to start on October 5, 2026, this position enhances employee experience through effective guidance on HR policies and payroll inquiries. You will play an essential role in maintaining data integrity within the HRIS and support various employee changes and labor relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise employees on HR policies and compensation

• Track employee lifecycle changes in HRIS

• Coordinate payroll and pension benefit administration

• Assist with complex HR-related issues

• Support labor relations and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in HR and payroll functions

• Experience with HRIS, especially SAP

• In-depth knowledge of collective agreements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Relevant post-secondary education required
