Support artists and production teams at Bardel Entertainment as a People Ops Coordinator. This full-time role ensures resource management, employee engagement, and smooth HR processes in a hybrid work environment.
In this key position, you will bridge Production and HR, facilitating effective communication and helping maintain crew capacity. Your responsibilities will involve assessing resource needs, participating in retention meetings, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes for artists. Effective collaboration and relationship-building will be vital as you work with different teams to foster a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resource needs and identify hiring requisitions
• Participate in weekly retention and resource meetings
• Communicate regularly with Production and Artist teams
• Manage HR processes including performance tracking
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Requirements:
• Experience in HR or production coordination
• Solid understanding of resource planning
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient with HR and production systems
