Key Responsibilities:
• Administer group benefits and retirement savings plans
• Resolve inquiries regarding benefits and pension plans
• Create educational content for employee wellbeing programs
• Manage end-to-end leave processes for employees
• Analyze total rewards data to surface trends and insights
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1-3 years in Total Rewards or Compensation
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Familiarity with HRIS applications, ideally Workday
• Ability to uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information
