I.T. Recruiter

Seeking a proven I.T. Recruiter who has worked in a high-performance search environment and understands how to identify, engage, assess, and close strong candidates for contract and permanent I.T. opportunities.

Desired experience:

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter and modern ATS platforms
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews focused on technical capabilities, career progression, motivations, compensation expectations, communication skills, and overall client fit
• Strong track record managing candidates through interviews, offer negotiation, counteroffers, and successful close
• Strong understanding of technology skill sets and IT organizational structures
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with candidates, placed professionals, and referral sources to generate repeat placements and referrals
• Ability to partner closely with Account Managers to understand client organizations, hiring needs, role requirements, market conditions, and the profile of candidates most likely to succeed
