Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Position: Recruiter - High Volume
Our partner, a Global company in the transportation and logistics sector with a high volume of upcoming hires, is looking for their next colleague to join their talent acquisition team. The role is focused on operational recruitment within a warehouse / supply chain environment.

Job Type: Temporary contract for a 5-month period (possibility of extension)

Location:

Remote (In-person training)

Schedule:

37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions

Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous)

Collaborate closely with hiring managers

Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews

Follow up with candidates and maintain ongoing communication

Utilize ADP software

Maintain and update data in Excel (an essential daily tool)

Participate in improving recruitment processes

Qualifications

3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume recruitment

Experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or transportation environment is an asset

Excellent verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Academic background in HR (Human Resources) is an asset
