We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who wants more than a traditional desk. This is an opportunity to help grow a practice, build strong client relationships, and contribute to an ambitious business as we scale.
THE ROLEThis is a senior, client-facing recruitment position where you will have access to established business from the beginning.
You won't be expected to build everything from scratch. You'll step into existing client relationships that you can manage, strengthen, and grow while developing new business over time.
You'll lead full-cycle searches across Sales, HR, Executive and C-Suite, Operations, Finance, and Engineering
, recruiting for positions ranging from mid-level professionals through VP and C-suite leadership.
As you grow your desk and client portfolio, you'll be rewarded directly for the results you produce.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR- Manage full-cycle recruitment searches across Sales, HR, Executive and C-Suite, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of existing client accounts and expand those relationships over time.
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Incorporate AI and recruitment technology into your workflow to increase efficiency and improve client outcomes.
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly billing expectations with clear visibility into your performance.
- A minimum of three years of full-cycle agency recruitment experience. This is a firm requirement.
- A proven billing track record that you are comfortable discussing openly.
- Experience successfully placing mid-level, senior, and executive professionals across multiple industries.
- Current, hands-on use of AI tools within your recruitment process.
- Strong proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- You must live in Metro Vancouver and be able to commute to the Burnaby or Port Moody area.
- This position is primarily office-based, although hybrid flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
- Strong personal accountability and the ability to perform at a high level without being closely managed.
